Job Opening – Tech Support
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the technical installations of company products in RES plants. Remote support and onsite visits are included in the job description.
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients and partners regarding the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of +SolarControl systems.
  •  Perform remote diagnostics and resolve hardware/software issues in the field.
  •  Participate in on-site installations and field visits to RES parks (mostly day trips).
  •  Monitor system performance and ensure proper operation of hardware and software (controllers, communication devices, dashboards).
  •  Document incidents and solutions to continuously improve the product and support workflows.
  •  Collaborate with the development and sales teams to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Technical Degree Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  •  Basic understanding of networking (IP, routers, VPNs) and Linux-based systems.
  •  Strong problem-solving skills and an organized, methodical approach.
  •  Eagerness to learn, technical curiosity, and a collaborative mindset.
  •  Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support.
Bonus Skills (Not Required but Nice to Have)
  • Experience with SCADA, Modbus, or telemetry/monitoring systems.
  •  Familiarity with tools like MQTT brokers, or Raspberry Pi.
  •  Basic programming/scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, etc.).
